Till console more stable don't think can play after I posted this same crash occurred 10 more times and 2 times this morning sick of losing a full day exactly same
Yep, it's non-stop crashes on xbox even when you install the game.
Hello @fierce wagon. Thank you for reporting the issue to us. Do you remember what activities you were doing before crash happens?
Crashes literally as sleep before the save occurs as for activities in day anything from in ocean, mines even tried just talking to npcs so didn't lose every besides maybe a heart
Can you tell me more about your activities in the ocean and mines? Which ocean area, mines, and mines level did you visit and how many in-game hours have you spent in there? 🙂
Are u seriously trying to make a player’s figure out what’s wrong with ur game instead of paying someone to find out those meticulous things !? Like how is he supposed to remember everything little detail that’s insane what did my 30$ go to are you not paying people to do the work !???
This is unnecessarily rude. Yeah, QA is their job, but if they can't reproduce your bug, then they can't fix it. If you are able to give them information, they can find the issue and work on solving it. You know what you were doing while playing, they don't. Everyone is better off if you take the time to give them information.
eventually your save file will corrupt and be gone forever. they will only say "oops. sorry" so best to just put the game down now. i lost 90 hours.
Nah, it's neither rude nor unnecessary. It is legitimately outrageous that this game studio outsourced QA to people who aren't being paid, and in fact who actually pay for the privilege of reporting bugs and crashes.
This game is nowhere close to finished, and everyone who has paid money for it should get a full refund. It's at least six months away from being PLAYABLE, much less complete. Don't try to act like the people who paid money for 1/64th of a game and are now being tasked with QA for free are in the wrong for pointing out how ludicrous that is.
Have you never played a larger studio's game and had to send in a bug report? You have to be specific or else the devs can't find your problem. Sending in bug reports is not QA as a whole. You aren't doing a "job". You're diminishing the role of QA.
The game does seem to have been rushed out the door, and updates are slow but there are many reasons that could have happened, and I'm not here to speculate on which ones might be true since devs can't often disclose that stuff. But the game is, in fact, playable, as we can tell by how many hours people have been able to put into it. Even large studios fumble their V1, the difference is that they have enough people to do patches and fixes faster. If you want to support indie devs, then know that you have to be patient.
