In the middle of saving the game and it crashed, lost an entires day of work.

I'm sorry for the late response. May I ask if you have updated your game to the latest version? You should get a prompt to load your backup save file. We're also investigating more for people who didn't get the prompt 🙇‍♀️

There are some people who can get the prompt, and there are some who don't. Our teams are investigating more on this. I'll notify you again once we have news from the teams. We're truly sorry about this. We will work to improve our save file system so this doesn't happen again in the future 🙇‍♀️
