I can't seem to get Suki's 10 heart event to trigger. I've been at 10 hearts with her for a couple of in-game weeks at this point. I didn't want to propose to her until I got it to trigger. Is this a bug or do I just need to wait? I've seen all of her other heart events.

I see. Yes, that's the required event. Hmm... there are some that could prevent an event from triggering. For example, in winter season or in the same week as Spooky Festival, reaching 10 heart via temple offering seem to bug them out as well. I don't see any winter restriction on Suki's event guide either, though most of the time winter season is a bit buggy for certain npcs.
I can think of a few things for you to try. You may try gifting Suki twice a week and interact with her everyday, raise Valentina and Antonio's hearts to at least 5 or 8, or try to trigger another npc's 10 hearts to see if the game data recognizes Suki at 10 hearts. If you're currently playing the winter season, perhaps the invitation letter will arrive on the next season.
