#Game crash when starting Harvest Festival

(PC-GAME PASS) Hiya, whenever I want to start the harvest festival after submitting my items the game seems to crash, had this happen 2 times now and it's becoming increasingly frustrating as I have put a lot of work into my farm on this day twice now for it all to be deleted, I had it the first time when clicking on another display of fruits and veg that was put out, and the second time when I went to start it after placing my own stuff in the stall. If there isn't a known way to bypass this please say as I don't want to loose all my progress for the day again and will prob just miss the festival so I don't have to loose it all again

Hiya @turbid imp. I'm sorry this happens to you and I'm here to help you! The crash when clicking on display from rival's is already fixed on our newest hotfix (PC Gamepass Hotfix v1-112). Please update the game to see the improvements 😊

@unkempt echo That's good i will make sure my game is updated to the newest version! I don't have a video unfortunatlely but what happened was I went and placed my 6 items into the stall, made sure this time not to select the other stall, and selected on my stall to view the rewards, the second I clicked this the game froze and the music was still playing but everything stopped responding, it wasn't untill I tabbed out that the game closed itself and didn't save any of the progress which was the same as last time. hope this can get fixed but good to know this has been fixed now, will jump on now and fingers crossed everything works, and I will make sure to record at the same time so if something does happen you can see what has occured 🙂

Ah, if the crash you're having is viewing the rewards, we just released a fix on Steam and Xbox Series. Please wait for the release on Xbox PC Game Pass 😉

going to take a little bit as internet isn't the best sorry, what happened was I started the harvest festival, completed the pumpkin bashing and apple bobbing, then placed my items into the display and started the competition, after it had finished I went to collect the rewards and the game just froze and crashed after about 20 seconds closing again

going to just avoid the festival now as really getting annoying having this happen 3 times in a row now but hope this gets fixed

I too have had the game crash (after updating on pc gamepass) at the harvest festival. It was once when i tried to see the rewards and the 2nd time was when i tried to collect them. I will try once more, but after that I'll be too annoyed with starting the day over again.

I tried for a 3rd time at the harvest festival... It crashed after I tried to collect my submitted products back... so frustrating, but I guess I'll have to play the day again without going to the harvest festival...

Same here. Haven't played for 3 days as I don't want to skip the year 2 harvest fest. Tried a few times but always crashes.

You can go to the festival and do the pumpkin and apple events, and even buy from the shop, but it seems like if you try and take part in the actual main event with the crops on display it crashes the game in all weird ways, I just went and did all those and left without doing the crop display, annoying as I wanted the merit points but I don't want to wait weeks for a fix when I am playing the game alot now
