#crash while opening post Update

hey all, there was a update for coral island yesterday on game pass, it was all working fine beofre the updtate but every since the update i keep getting this error message every time i try to open it, I have verified my software , uninstalled and reinstalled, Checked fire wall and also restarted and i just get the same issues every single time, Please help as i really like the game and i wanna progress!
