#I LOST MY ENTIRE SAVING AFTER A CRASH

I simply can't believe that after yet another crash (maybe the thousandth) the game SIMPLY DELETED MY SAVING! It was the 21st of summer of year 2, I had just finished automating the animal barns, I finished the day and when I was saving the day, the game crashed during the night's save, and when I opened the game, my save was almost 80 hours of gameplay simply disappeared. I've already restarted, I've done everything I could do, and my save has completely disappeared from the cloud. I'm simply in disbelief. Play on Xbox Series S, version 1.0-943

I even opened a ticket with Microsoft/Xbox to try to resolve it, and the save was actually lost. How come you don't have a warning about this? A warning that you could lose your save at any time? I hope it's a bug, something momentary and I haven't lost my save permanently. Please.

Sorry OP, this is a common and known bug. Here shortly Dinda will come in and thank you for reporting and tell you that the devs are aware and looking into it.

My 7 year old son lost his save of over 120 hours. That was 3 weeks ago and so far we haven't heard a peep. The devs haven't even clarified whether or not they expect we'll be able to recover our lost saves. So I assume we won't.

I imagine this is their response, but even so, it's unbelievable that this happens. The desire is to delete the game, give it a low rating and simply never play it again, you know? But the game is so cool, it's a shame this happened. I'll wait for at least a better updated version to come out before playing again. Thanks for your comment.

Hi @gray cypress . We've released a new hotfix for the Xbox Series a few days ago. You should get a prompt to load your backup save file if you experience missing save file previously. Please note as the file is from your backup, you may lose a few days when opening it. Feel free to poke me if you have questions about this. Thank you for your patience! 🙂

Hello @gray cypress. May I ask, are you playing exclusively on Xbox Series S or cross-platform (on Xbox Series S and PC), using the same save file? 🙂
