game keeps crashing when saving on Xbox series s

Every other day when I go to bed to save my game it crashes !!! It’s starting to get unplayable again ! #xboxseriess

Can you tell me what activities you were doing in a day before the crash happens?

Mine crashed in the little black screen when you go inside your house just before I could go to bed and save.. I've decorated all day long on the farm.

It’s doesn’t matter what I’m doing during the day it’s random every other day when I go to sleep to save it crashes ?? I thought you guys were going to fix this problem before releasing the update today I’ve seen more than two posts taking about this issue already so I’m not sure why it wasn’t addressed. It’s not fun repeating a whole day over and second day when I go to save.

Yess thats right. Its random every other day, when i go to sleep to save it, crashes!!! OMG. After update today still not unplayable this game because this Crash. Huffff 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

Mine crashed while saving and it deleted all my saved data. My game can’t be found on cloud or anywhere but my achievements and time played is still there. And I’m not getting any updates for the game. I have checked both by the system and menu screen. The menu screen says tbd I was on year two. I love the game but with the crashes I’m afraid to start a new one just for it to be deleted again.

I’m playing Xbox gamepass cloud gaming and my game is also crashing when it saves. Specifically it crashes after the black screen that says “saving…” appears. Instead of saying “saved!” It goes black and crashes.
