My game crashed and I lost all my saves, I would have asked someone from support to help

Hi, I've been playing Coral Island on the Xbox Clud system and recently my game crashed and I lost all my saved games, would anyone from support help me?

same thing happened to me a while ago, but my save still isn’t back ): I was starting summer of the second year

For everyone that experience missing save file, we've released a new hotfix for the Xbox Series a few days ago. You should get a prompt to load your backup save file. Please note as the file is from your backup, you may lose a few days when opening it. Feel free to poke me if you have questions about this. Thank you for your patience! 🙂

@zealous cloud Hello, sorry I didn't respond, I hadn't seen it but honestly I don't know, I just contacted support and Dinda helped me and after a while my bag was there again

Hello! I'm sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately, you may lose a few days since it was a backup save file, but yes their missing save file is back if they get the prompt 🙂
