Fall Festival Crash Xbox Series X

Crashes every time I try to collect the reward after the main event. I have tried with a full backpack (suggested so the reward will be sent to my mailbox) and a backpack with empty slots.

Also xbox gamepass, every festival now crashes my game, I can't "start festival"

Hi! Can you tell me which festival it is and which part of it that caused it to crash? Also, are you playing on PC or console? 🙂

When I select "yes" to the start festival prompt. So far it has happened with the fall fest and spooky
