Went to save at the end of the day and my game crashed (nothing new), then went to get back into it and my entire file is gone. Just gone.
Xbox Series S
I was in year two, summer day 15, and had just arranged my storage.
It was 20 something at night.

I just had the same thing happen on basically the same day. It was a couple days after the anima festival. There doesn’t seem to be a solution for it

mines just happen as well 😦 3 years in with girlfriend one heart away, also had 350,000 just started the fall then i crashed i load back up and my save was gone

@molten aspen agreed, if it wasn't a great game and I didn't have such faith in it I wouldn't have bothered starting over lol. It's been a great help while working through my C-Ptsd and anxiety.

Mines also done this year 3 summer had completed ocean, mines all but fish and bugs at museum near 900,000 coins

I lost my save file when it crashed the evening before the animal festival. That was before Christmas. They haven't told me anything useful yet.... it's been over 3 weeks. Fingers crossed.......

Also just lost my save file 🥺 was trying to save on year 3, spring 28, game crashed and file gone.

Mine just crashed today and lost my save file on year 2, spring 20ish. Very frustrating and sad.

I've already lost 2 games and am now on the 3rd one.
It's not a guarantee, but if you close the game completely and restart it after 3 days of play at the latest, at least for me there will be no more crashes (except for events and the known bugs)

Hi everyone. We've released a new hotfix for the Xbox Series a few days ago. You should get a prompt to load your backup save file if you experience missing save file previously. Please note as the file is from your backup, you may lose a few days when opening it. Feel free to poke me if you have questions about this. Thank you for your patience! 🙇‍♀️
