Hello, during the Kickstarter campaign, I chose to receive the key for the Nintendo Switch. Given the long wait, may I switch to a Steam key instead? If yes, how can I proceed? Apologies for my poor English, I am Italian.

I've had serious health issues and have been away from my computer, as I was hospitalized for a bed sore. If needed, I can send proof, understanding that it might be hard to believe. In any case, I don't recall receiving any emails indicating deadlines for changing my choice. Are you sure there's really nothing you can do? For integrity's sake, I haven't redeemed anything, not even the farmer outfit I received in November and another one in 2022.
