Shed layout

So im trying to find the most optimal layout of my shed. I plan to have 40 goat and 8 quails along side room to plant about 1,300 crop with 4 sheds.

Option one:

1. fully cheese presses with like 4 mason jars
2. fully aging barrels for cheese and century eggs
3. fully kegs
4. fully aging barrels

Option two:

1. half cheese presses and half aging barrel and 2 mason jars
2. fully kegs
   3/4. fully aging barrels

my bee houses are out side the sheds. Any other layouts also welcome.

do something that mixes with barrels because the shed is 1 block too short for a full 3 across setup

im sorry do you mean like have the barrels mixed with the mason jars or with cheese presses i dont understand exactly what you mean

or kegs mixed with barrels
