I bought two chickens and two ducks 12 days ago. Since then, they have not gained hearts, they are still "okay" and not "happy". Why? They are outside every day in nice weather, petted and fed. I bought this temperature device and it stands in the coop. 😃

It takes time. Make sure they are pet and fed everyday first thing. Don’t let them out in the rain. I believe mine became happy after a month or so. Also upgrading hay is a good idea 🙂
