heart events not triggering

I have 10 hearts and gave Pablo the locket so he is my boyfriend but… it seems as none of the events are triggering for him unless I am missing them all but I’m seeing other heart events but not his .. last one I saw he wanted to make his brother more likeable … how can I force these events to occur , as seems like it won’t

Hi! Usually there will be a letter inviting us for the 10 heart events, including Pablo's according to the wiki guide. There are (from my understanding and experience) some factors that prevents the game data from recognizing npc 10 hearts. Ex: reaching 10 hearts on Winter season and/or reaching 10 hearts via temple offering. I had this issue with Mark when i accidentally reach 10 heart via temple offering, which caused his 10 heart letter not arriving for 3 seasons pass.

For cross-checking, what was the last event you've seen with Pablo?

A lot of the 10 heart events are messed up. The last patch supposedly fixed this but the problem persists. Maybe during the January 2024 patch we’ll finally get this fixed

The last event I seen was how Pablo and raf got a letter from their parents can’t spell his brothers name right, and how his brother is forgotten and then Pablo wanted to fix that and change his brother so he’s more likable

Yet everyone else’s events are triggering then I have a bug with Pablo I didn’t talk to him and he says he has nothing more to say to me… this happened twice

I was able to marry Pablo. It took awhile even after having 10 hearts. Maybe try giving him a gift and see if anything happens.

I give him 2 gifts weekly!!! So that’s not the issue

I think that is 6th heart event
To be able to trigger the 10th heart event, you need to get all the cutscene first

I don’t know though if I even triggered the events before that event though I don’t recall

It comes in order, so if the last event you saw was that one, I believe you need to trigger another heart event first before getting the 10th heart event

Ok so now how do I get the 8th heart event triggered as I followed the guide and it didn’t work this time …

Then do I have to wait until the 10th event comes out? To get married?

As I know heart event can't be triggered in the same day, try the next day

And yes after 10th heart event, and with upgraded house with 2nd floor, you can get married

My house is level 3 hmm ok so it should be all 10 heart events available?

I tried again a new day and didn’t trigger

The level 8 says in blacksmith by 1600 - 1800. Try coming back the next day or in a week that doesn't conflict with festivals. Spooky festivals tend to disrupt events for example.

Yeah I’m trying again today it’s the 20th in the fall time but I have to come back between that time… and for some reason there is a glitch where Pablo keeps saying he has nothing more to say.. I know people do have heart event glitches I just hope I’m not having the same

Ok so I triggered the 8th event I had gone in at 17:00 and now it’s working

For marriage, there will be a prompt by the door at your house. Be sure to stand near the door and click on the prompt when it's up

You'll get there upon saying 'yes'

Oh so I get a prompt by my door at the house and I click yes and will take me there? So you got past all this then since you know? First time doing this part so I’m like I don’t know what I’m doing lol

Thank you but now I got extra hearts and has 0/infinity symbol for gifts yet says I can only give 2 a week?

There is no limitation for gifts after marriage. That will help you gain hearts with him faster. Getting him up to 14 hearts will enable the child prompt 2 weeks after getting married.

Heads up tho. There's the have nothing more to say bug after maxing out hearts or exhausting all existing dialogue as spouse. Been informed that the devs are working on a fix for this on next update.

But now how do I get hearts for my cat? I only got 1 so far and you can’t even feed it or gift items

For pets, you have to talk to them everyday to raise their hearts.

I’ve been doing that and it’s not working I only got 1 heart from talking daily

I think the pets hearts only rise slowly. In some future updates they will implement more

Took me an entire year and a season to get my pet to 7 hearts by talking to them everyday and night.
