Hi,
I've just logged in to play Coral Island and saw that I completely lost the saved progress that I had. I've been playing for a couple of weeks now and the only option I have now it to start a new game. I loved playing Coral Island and it was one of my evening routines but I am not sure I am ready to start all over again. Could you please come back to me with a fix?

Any update on this? I have checked today, I saw the previous saved game but as soon as I clicked on it, it loaded back from zero.. then it stopped showing at all

Hi @cinder stone. We've released a new hotfix for the Xbox Series a few days ago. You should get a prompt to load your backup save file if you experience missing save file previously. Please note as the file is from your backup, you may lose a few days when opening it. Feel free to poke me if you have questions about this. Thank you for your patience! 🙂

Hi Dinda, I checked again and I can't seem to find the backup save file. Is there another solution to fix it or is it gone forever?

the game save was called Dana, xbox account is VenomousTM

And may I ask, are you playing exclusively on Xbox Series S or cross-platform (on Xbox Series S and PC), using the same save file? 🙇‍♀️

Hi Dinda, I was mainly playing on Xbos series S, but sometimes it would crash when exiting the ocean and I would try to progress on PC just to get past the bug on Xbox and then go back to Xbox afterwards

Hi! Thanks for letting us know. Before you had the ocean crash, have you played for a longer time, maybe about 1-2 hours? I'm sorry you have to experienced this! 🙇‍♀️
