Basically the official CI wiki is very inaccurate for fishing locations and seasons, but I'm not sure if it's because of the caves possibly being season-agnostic. I'm in winter and I'm getting non-winter fish like cobia and freshwater eel in the caves (where they are both not listed). There's some other fish I get that aren't following the wiki so it's getting a bit frustrating when I'm trying to catch specific fish that seems to never turn up... I guess it could also be a bug.

https://discord.com/channels/623097219628662784/1174785386346725427 has one of the fishing guides that that's more accurate than the Wiki. But yeah you can find some fish in the mines and even in the lava or fire water that you can get all year long regardless of weather/season

Do you mean the coral.guide? Because looking at a few fish, it also has some info wrong so I was hoping the official wiki would have it updated lol. anyway it's just annoying when you're trying to catch specific fish so in the meantime it's trial and error

Bee's Bug and Fish spawn maps will be the most accurate thing, and I was able to use it to collect every single fish w/o issue using that one. As far as the Wiki, there's two of them. Make sure you **aren't **using the Fandom one.

Yes I'm using the official wiki! Actually I'm cross referencing both in my frustration to catch winter-specific fish lol. In this case it was yellowfin tuna and the sheepshead. Also the arowana but it seems like a lot of people are having trouble with the arowana

So here are the locations according to Bee's guide which I used to catch them. For the Silver Arowana they are only available in the mines during Winter in the morning or afternoon. It took me almost the entire Winter month to catch that one for some strange reason despite catching them all, it was the last fish I needed too. I was also on Year 2 when I caught it as I missed out on a lot of Winter fish in Year 1.

Just make sure you're in one of those mine caverns and on one of the floors that has just water. I would bounce between them daily till I ended up catching it.

AAAAAAHHHH so annoying, the other wikis had arowana in the town river and temple lake so I just wasted my time. Anyway winter's done, I didn't get any of the 3 so I guess it's also gonna be year 2 for me
