I ended up missing my bedtime and received that stamina penalty, but all my items disappeared, including the pickaxe and everything I carried with me, as the game automatically saves when a new day starts, I couldn't recover the previous one, I wanted to At least having my equipment back, I'm already well advanced in the game, I didn't want to have to start all over again.

I recommend you to use backup save, so go back to the day you lost your stuff and maybe try to avoid what’s trigger for it to be gone, other than that, I don’t know other methods for this issue. If anyone have better solution, please do tell, I’m curious also

Go to folder C > Users > “your pc name” > AppData (if can’t find it, then go to the view and checked ☑️ the hidden one) > Local > ProjectCoral > Saved > SaveGames > Backup > then you can see the back up save file written with SaveBackup_3_0.sav (for example. or maybe pick around the newest one since you want to come back to the day you lost your tools), choose one of them > Copy paste to the SaveGames folder, rename it with DailySave_1.sav (for example. or any number)
