Game crashes when you go to submit your crops for the festival. It’s happened twice to me now, same place. This is on Xbox series S.

Having the same issue on pc. After clicking "submit crops" the game just freezes, nothing happens and just closes without an error report etc.
Happened to me twice and stopped playing since then
