Literally anything that you can use in cooking- all underwater forsge stuff. All land forage stuff. shells on the beach. Seaweed works too

You do not have to use your trash. That list is actually a 5 per 1 ratio. So it's better to use anything other than trash
IE 1 seaweed = 5 compost (or did and still should. I haven't played lately)
