So fruit trees need 3x3 zone to grow right. But once they're fully grown can we put decorations/things around them and still have them produce fruits? Or do we need to keep the area clear permanently just so they will produce fruits?

Actually, follow up to this. If I make a.. Let's say 18x9 area with fruit trees. So 6 sets of 3, could I then make fence for that area that is within that 18x9? So I can put basically putting the fruit trees at the very edge in that area?
