Was exploring and diving but respawned at some kind of underground Castle. When I try to move my anchor it says I'm not allowed and when I try to force respawn it respawned me underwater.

How can i go back to normal? This area is empty and has no NPCs.

I just did the first town event and I cleared like 3 or 4 of those ocean monuments while diving so far.
