#is there any way to keep track of where I am when diving?

I have Aphantasia and other disabilities. I can't keep track of where I am and where I've been unless I see on map but there doesn't appear to be a way to track location. I also don't see point moving ancor when I can't remember where I am in relation to it? Sure I can move it but that won't help because I may need to check out specific area and I may have gone wrong direction.

I'm somehow supposed to keep track and be able clean entire ocean but I'm Constantly running out of time and losing track of what I've done and what pillars I've finished. Also I'm using sythce which maybe isn't right tool idk? There's gotta be better ways to do this? It's taken me three weeks to just fix three pillars.

On the map, when you complete a pillar it will change from grey to yellow. Are you able to see the map? The scythe is the correct tool for clearing trash as far as I'm aware, but once you level up your diving enough you'll unlock crafting recipes for vortexinators which are single use items that make it a bit easier/quicker to clear up trash. Upgrading your scythe will also help as it will take less hits go clear a piece of trash!

Same way as other tools. At the blacksmith.
I thought they’d fixed the diving map marker issue. But I haven’t played in a couple of weeks. What are you playing on?
I will say when you open the map you are in the middle of the map. The orbs closest to you will show on the map.

Go to the blacksmith and click upgrade materials. It will have a list of materials needed for each upgrade level for all tools
