So I’ve finished the Pickstarter quest and upgraded the museum but there’s no aquarium or fossil wings. Idk if it was ever explained and I need to donate more fish/fossils to unlock or if this is a glitch?

You'll have to donate fossils/fish to unlock that particular area

I've donated at least 5 fossils but the area to bottom right which I believe is fossils is still roped off

So there's two cut scenes. The first one is with Scott telling you they reached the Pickstarter goal. You get this after donating 50 things, but does not open the rest of the museum yet. About 2 weeks later you'll get a second cut scene opening the rest of the museum. You'll see the founders hall and the teleport will open up.

I’ve already had the cutscene for the founders hall and the teleport is available.
