I was trying to find the aquarium in the museum just to see how many ocean critters that I’ve gotten. When I went to the founders section of the museum and tried to go to the stairs on the left side that where my game freezes and then crashed. I’m on Xbox series s

Ahhh sadly I didn’t get to record it cause I just moved on to the next part I’m sorry. But I think it was only around that time, cause this is my second year in the game and this never happened in my first year. So this was my first time encounter this
