I can’t catch the blue lobster with my gold net and crawling insect scent and I’m on winter 24 so can’t upgrade my net in time… I’ve had four traps placed for probably 10 days or so and still haven’t caught one that way. Anyone have any tips?! I just want the one to donate and be done with this stupid thing 😂

You can actually catch blue lobster with the trap, assuming you put it in the right spawning spot. Even with me silver/gold net and balanced body i still can't catch it without a trap

I have two traps in the 10m natural area and two in the 10m herding area but do they need to be somewhere specific within those areas?

Yep. On specific areas. Right down the stairs on where the common starfish is best

on the sturdy computer's critter map (forecast) you can zoom in. you can also do that to insect and foragable

Another way I found to catch them is to get close enough you dont trigger the circle of awareness, and just try and hope he walks to you, that just worked for me
