Got done with the spooky festival, went back to my house, went to bed and it finished the day, said saving and crashed to home screen. When it loaded back up, my save file was gone. All I can do is start a new game. Please tell me this can be fixed. I was in fall of year 3.

This happened to me today. I uninstalled the game, then redownloaded it and forced it to crash while loading the new file by completely closing the game while it loaded, I did this until it showed me the option to load the back up save from the previous day. I got mine back! Took about 30 minutes of doing all I could to make it crash.

The devs has been informed about the issue and we're currently investigating this. Because Xbox uses a cloud system, we are still looking for a solution to be able to access save files on the cloud system 🙇♀️

Hi @magic portal. We've released a new hotfix for the Xbox Series a few days ago. You should get a prompt to load your backup save file if you experience missing save file previously.
