#Xbox app pc crashes/lag

I've seen a lot of similar xbox crashes reported, but i'm not sure if they also apply for the xbox app on pc. If they do i'm sorry for posting double.

I've not been able to play the game for over two weeks because of lag and crashes. The game is lagging a lot when I run around the map or just do anything in general. As an example it can lag when I collect stuff from machines, harvest from trees, run around the map or inside buildings etc. I am also stuck on the day of the harvest festival because the game crashes with "fatal error" each time I try to collect the price for the pumpkin smash minigame.

Thank you for sending us the specs. May I ask what is your quality preset in the game? You can check it on the setting 🙂

If you change it into low or medium, is the lagging still persist? 🙂
