XBOX issues are too much now..

This is out of hand now, crashing just before nearly every night just cause either leaving diving breaks it or going in the game menu (not pause). It's aggravating, events crash a lot, I had to redo beach clean up 4 times before it didn't crash..., had a few times where I've lost a bug or fish or item that was a pain to get, I've had to restart at least half of all 3 seasons that I've played so far, not including the days I've had to redo 4 or 5 times. I want to keep my love for this game and that's hard to do when something so simple isn't being fixed or spoken about and now we have to wait till after New year and suffer in silence 💔 😢

I think my strategy is, mining 5 level every time, diving 1-2 activation. If there is an event, almost do nothing except event.

My hypothesis is, if I do too much in the event day, the algorithm can’t handle that.

Plus, reach the mine level 40, then, go to bed. I will unlock the giant in the following day.

This 👆🏽👆🏽 I have found the same issue. Doing ‘too much’ seems to overload the system. 1-2 activations, if I do try for 3 I will fast travel to leave the ocean instead of using the anchor. Mine only until you reach a floor with an elevator. Don’t win any mini games (1st place especially) during festivals. And I try to limit my game to one cutscene per in game day. I also hard quit the game after each in game day or two so the game doesn’t crash and my progress is saved. It has minimized crashes but is EXHAUSTING to do. I just want to get lost in the game 😔

Tbh, I definitely see the improvement in the past two updates.

I used to have a museum 50 donation hall update bug. Now the second update fix it. I just donate 100 things after that.

The winter festival has no problems.

I just get two crashes on Animal Day. I will check if again. If it crash one more time, I will email the staff.

I think maybe some mini games has some problems.

Just want to mention cause it is happening more frequently now with nothing being said to console players. People are on Xbox are losing their 80+ hour saves with the crashes. Console players be careful.

The fact that we do have to do this is absolutely ridiculous. They had one month to fix a very broken game now they will be off for the holidays while still letting players like me not being able to progress after discovering Mer Kingdom. I’ve been gaming 20 years and I’ve never seen a game with so many crashes and bugs in my entire life. Yet it is a “full release”.

I think they fix that in the first update for Xbox. Also, I watch the event, crashed, the second time, just skipped because I know the story already.

💯 I'm starting to think the same thing. It's bad that Stairway's figuring this out now and Xbox players need to wait after the New Year to see if the theory holds water. Fingers crossed if we're all indeed right.
