A little curious question. Have you seen the one event with Nina in front of the Tavern? That one event will trigger the 8 heart event letter on the following day.

I actually got the letter for 8 heart, eventually next the 10 also, was hoping i wouldn't so i can confirm the bug. I'm not sure if town rank is a factor, since i got it on town rank B (almost near A)

The last event I activated from her was the one with her having coffee Raj after that I didn't receive any letter

I left all the girls 8 hearts later decide which one to marry.... city is Rank B almost reaching A I'm 3 years into the game
every day I look at the map after 6 pm to see when Nina is at her house... but on days she is there after 18 the event does not activate even after I saw her last event drinking coffee Raj... I think it must be a specific station....

There is a letter which invites you to the mansion for Nina. I'm not sure how - it could be there are specific people needed to befriend like Mayor Connor or Millie - in order for the letter to arrive.
