If I plant wild seeds in the Winter will they sprout Tea Leaves WITHOUT having Tea Leaves unlocked? Or do I have to have reached Rank C for Tea Leaves to sprout from Wild Seeds?

They will grow tea leaves even if you don't have rank C (or at least, they did for me)
