So I activated all the shrines, but when I go back to the merfolks kingdom and to the castle nothing happens, I can talk with the king but he just gives me random talks... I don't have a quest either, so I'm not sure on what I have to do. Am I supposed to go anywhere specifically?

Have you watched the cutscene ||where the merfolk said that they’re discussing something about you|| that triggers after you activated all the shrines? A letter should arrive tomorrow with the follow up quest!
