Getting random crashes the past couple of days. Error popup doesnt always appear (just a black screen), but when it does it's "Out of video memory trying to allocate a texture! Make sure your video card has the minimum required memory, try lowering the resolution and/or closing other applications that are running"

Started happening during gameplay, but now it happens even when trying to load a save. No other apps running aside from Steam.

Game was running fine previously, graphics settings should be fine (optimized) based on GeForce suite.

I have a Nvidia RTX 3070, with 8GB VRAM. Graphics drivers are updated.

May I ask are you playing on SSD or HDD? 🙂

If you lowering your quality preset to low/medium, does the crash still persist? 🙂

Hi @shrewd verge ! Thanks for waiting. Can confirm that I was able to launch the save at High, Medium, and Low presets but crashes still occured during gameplay.

Please see attached screenshot of memory utilization while settings were on Low as well in case it helps

Prior to launching the game I had 6.6GB of RAM available for utilization

Do you received any crash log after it happened? Can you please send it here? 🙂

You can access the crash log under this file path: C:\Users\ <username>\AppData\ Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\Crashes (the .xml file) and send the entire log here 🙂

Can you also make sure the monitor is plug in to the graphics card and not the motherboard 🙂

Hi @shrewd verge , yes I updated the graphics driver right before the tests last week 😊 and yes I've verified that the monitor is plugged into the graphics card.

Can also confirm that am able to run other games like The Sims 4 and Baldur's Gate 3 at high settings with no issue.
