#10 hearts event isn't triggering

Hey! So I'm trying to romance Rafael but his 10 hearts event won't trigger. Does anyone know what I have to do so I can finally see it? Thanks in advance! 🙂

The official wiki page just came out yesterday, there are everyone's heart events. You can find the website in the game's latest note on steam or discord.
