Save Game Crash Report | Xbox Series S v1.0-943 - Still unplayable

Dear @cunning elbow and Stairway Team,

I would like to report a crash that makes this game unplayable.

1. Daily activities as usual - Tend my farm - go diving - clean up trash in the sea - harvest silver kelp - harvest sea salt - return to the surface - produce artisan products - open shipping bin and sell some products - try to sleep to save game data - CRASH!!!
   (as in the video on gdrive)

3. No crash log on Xbox Series S

I can save but can't play without it crashing I tried the game again 2nd or third day random crash I want to play this game but can't 😞

Hey @cunning elbow , What I noticed while I was testing your game - Xbox Series S v1.0-943

1. The more we do daily activities on the farm, such as milking, picking up eggs, petting livestock, harvesting crops, producing artisans and so on, then we do other activities such as donating items to museums or diving and picking up marine products - at the end of the day we sleep to save the game will cause a crash.

2. If our game time is 50% and we do a lot of activities as I explained in point 1, we will spend more or less around 20 - 30 minutes of time in the real world. It seems that if we play this game for more than 15 minutes in the real world, the probability of the game crashing will increase. 3. I can come to the conclusion in poin 2 because I tried doing short activities by just diving and picking up marine products and trying to sleep in the middle of the day, I was able to save my game data without crashing (more or less I played the game for only 10 minutes). I also experienced random crashes - especially when opening the inventory menu, opening the map menu, or entering buildings. It seems that if we play for more than 15 minutes (real time) or we do too much activity in the game (perhaps this causes too many background process) a crash will definitely occur.

Me too, I really want to play this game and really hope that the developers know what they have to do to improve the games they make, so that they can really deliver the game, just like they promised to the players.

Same 😞it be better if if had auto save or manual save but don't think it can work in a game like this if they could it could be a short term solution till it fix for good. I think I'll get the same time as you said before crashing. the game's problem could be that it needs to calculate things like crops growf NPC activities misc stuff around the map different times for fish and all that some where in that process breaks making the game crashed that what I think the case is hope the developer's could look at this to see if there is something wrong with this hope this helps. devs this it the best farm sim since stardew valley keep up the good work @cunning elbow

Hi Dinda. The video I am sharing is my third attempt. On each trial I spent approximately 20 minutes, which I spent a total of 60 minutes (real time). On every trial, I always crash when saving game data. On the fourth try, I only did a short activity, less than 15 minutes, I only spent about 10 minutes (like in the second video I shared). On the fourth try I didn't experience a crash during the sleep process and saving game data. Therefore, I have a conclusion and hypothesis that this game cannot be played on an Xbox console for more than 15 minutes (real time), because if it is played for more than 15 minutes there will likely be random crashes or crashes when saving game data.

@cunning elbow My overall gameplay total was 152 hours, 14 minutes. But I no longer play on Xbox Console Gamepass. I resumed my game data in Gamepass PC.

Hi dinda I have not played the game because of the crashing in the game I play on the Xbox series s the last i played was the last fix that fixed the museum crash I went to test it out I woke up check the feel of moving because the dead zone changed seeing how much better it is I think still needs a bit of work I have my chest next to each of is little bit of the pain to go to each one after checking the moment I got my item's I was saving up and donate them the second Day I put more in and open my chest and donate them duplicate ones I sell I think the day after that it crash I play on 100 normal default i have seen people have trouble with slower speeds but i don't have a lot to do so i keep on 100 I think i play 10 to 15 i think somewhere around 3 days in game the season is year 1 the is fall 12 before i was getting the harvest festival issues I don't like the pumpkin game It feel bad on controller. i think the issue makeing the game crash could be that the game has to calculate NPC's activities randomize pick up things around the map fish times bugs crops growf respawn stuff like trees and all that teleporting Nps for heart event some where the game breaks makeing the game crash could you look in to this hope this could help. I love the game it's like stardew but in a good way but your game is its own game I like cleaning the ocean and the message behind it and there are bugs to catch and seeing where NPC is so good I hope you your family friends and coral team have a merry Christmas 🎄🥰 and can't wait to play a lot when the game is more playable if game did get mods could the team try to make it so console could use them. bugs I don't care about game breaking one's yes but crashing makes it so you can't play the game. what is the game display on Xbox series s and frame rate targeting ? I like stuff like this so interesting thank you for helping the fans out ☺️

I have to support what these fellow players have said. If you tend to have a longer day, do more stuff the chances of crashing before end of day save is higher. I have experienced a very similar pattern.
I do not have any current videos to upload but I am also playing on the series S xbox.

Update date no crash I think I got an hour no crash so it's fixed now thanks I did not know it was a memory issue that's interesting I want to be dev in the future so I can find stuff like this. how come some people are not on holiday ?. Hi @cunning elbow . I have also tried playing it. I tried spending a day in the game doing various activities (it takes 50 munites in real time) and so far I haven't experienced any problems. Well, a lil bit stuttering but that's okay. Thank you for your hard work in compiling various reports and also, the hard work of the development team in improving this game.
