I didn't expect it, I paid my monthly subscription fee and also bought this game to be a game tester. I just want to play this game. *sob 🥲

  1. Normal daily activities. Tend my farm - Went to diving - Return to the surface - talk to alice - I made artisan product - open shippinh bin to sell products - try ti open inventory - CRASH!!!

  2. I don't repeat the same activities. I stopped playing because I was annoyed.

  3. No crash log on Xbox series S

Semestinya ada.. Dan gue sih yakin timnya nge tes jg. Tapi nge tes sampe sejauh mana nya itu yg gue gk tau. Yg ke-2 mereka nge tes secara personal (memainkan game nya) atau cuma stress test doang (kyk pake engine, bot, atau ai). Yang ke-3 crashnya kan random ya, mungkin apa yg kejadian di player, gk kejadian di mereka. Dan yg terakhir, task force/orang yang nge tesnya gk ada kali ya. (kurang SDM) jadinya dilempar ke komunitas. Karena ditempat gue skrg kerja pun, kita ngetes (saat beta testing) platform website dan app itu di berbagai platform. Bisa gk dibuka di android, ios, web browser safari, chrome, opera dll. Dan gue pribadi biasanya gue coba explore manual (gue simulasiin).

Malem ini gue berniat nyoba lagi (walaupun niatnya mau main game selesai kerja, tapi kok jadi kyk kerja lagi karena nge tes bug dan crash di game) hahahaaha. Niat hati sih pengen dukung developer tanah air, kali aja ini bisa jadi milestone buat industri game tanah air dan makin banyak developer dari indonesia. Makin banyak lapangan kerja di industri game. Jadi gue bisa kerja di industri game juga 😂😂😂😂

By the way @gilded mulch I would like to add some variables and scenarios, which might allow the team to determine the error or cause of this crash.

  1. I play with the game time setting at 50%

  2. The conditions in the game have passed the second year, entering the third year in the spring.

  3. So because on the Xbox console I couldn't continue progress because it crashed in the museum cutscene and the Empat Pulu (40m) zone, I continued the game with the same save game on the PC gamepass until the third year and had passed the things I mentioned earlier.

  3. Jadi karena di konsol xbox tidak bisa melanjutkan progres karena crash pada cutscene museum dan zona empat pulu (40m), saya melanjutkan permainan dengan save game yang sama di gamepass pc sampai tahun ketiga dan sudah melewati hal yang tadi saya sebutkan.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. I can do anything in the game and it just randomly crashes when playing through the cloud on Xbox I haven't been able to identify anything specifically that guarantees a crash. Had high hopes that since the museum was fixed, it would crash less. Unfortunately, it seems to crash about the same, if not more, I definitely do appreciate the devs working on all these issues, though, thank you guys I know a lot of times it's a thankless job.

I wish there was a way to export crash data to help. Sadly not possible via my Xbox series S. It's just random for me and not in the museum this time.

Same problem. Xbox S. Played 1 day thru and got excited, then the next day crashed when going into the store, crashed when opening inventory, crashed when leaving the museum 😔

iya dah pasti bakal fix taun depan sih, kalo liat dari cycle nya mereka fix bug yg gini-gini terus ya bisa aja 1 tahun, mending label early access nya gausah diilangin dah, masih rusak gini game nya 😂

Hi @gilded mulch . I have also tried playing it. I tried spending a day in the game doing various activities (it takes 50 munites in real time) and so far I haven't experienced any problems. Well, a lil bit stuttering but that's okay. Thank you for your hard work in compiling various reports and also, the hard work of the development team in improving this game.
