Moving game from xbox app

I’m playing on pc xbox app. Maybe it’s a dumb question, but is there any way to move game to steam? I want these bug fixes and xbox app isn’t updating the game 😭 If i knew, I wouldn’t buy it there.

It's not supported so you're risking your file but there is a way. It's in this channel somewhere.

There's also a post from me with free EA files where you can pick your starting money to start over as well.

Some people have had no issues with moving their gamepass files and some ended up corrupted and the file was completely broken after a time

Unfortunately it's a "pick your poison" situation
