Hi there.
I pre-ordered the 60 dollar pledge with all goodies and I was a little disappointed to find out the game was not going to be released on the switch till 2024. I've tried asking to swap out the switch code for Steam as I got a new Steam Deck and would love to play the game. But I don't feel comfortable paying another 60 dollars for another 2 copies of the game.
Can someone help please?

I was in a similar situation with a double copy of the game for Switch.
As far as I remember it was said from the start to be coming to the Switch 6 months after the other platforms. Don't know if that time frame is still the same though.

I am in the same situation. I emailed them within the deadline to switch from a Switch to Steam key and they fobbed me off by saying I never replied to their confirmation email when they never even sent me one. Now they are saying they will no longer be processing platform change requests. They’ve taken our money and won’t even give us the game.

I did this. Twice. Once within the deadline and again anout a week or two ago.
No response on the first attempt. And on the second try i did get a response. I'm not sure if the person read my email right but they were like you bought the switch version. I replied yes but I don't want the switch version I'd rather have the steam version so I can play now.

It shouldn't be this hard. I know a few people who had the same issue. You'd think someone would reach out instead of sending a mass message.

As an update. I reached out to the mods and showed them my request that I sent in with the date and time and they managed to honor my request! I can't say for sure if they would do this for everyone but one key thing to remember is they may honor the swap if you can prove you emailed them before the deadline. That’s good and bad. At least they will provide a key swap but you need to have sent before they had the deadline :/ another thing is if they cannot for some reason be able to make it work on switch, what will happen to the switch backers??

I also feel like it would at least be nice to know some sort of timeline for switch, I’m sitting here having to watch everyone play and I would have to pay to get on ps5 since they wouldn’t switch to another console and I don’t have a gaming computer yet

Yeah I recently emailed them about the same thing and they said that it was past the deadline, but it just sucks that there's no real time frame for the switch ver, they told me they HOPE for next year to have some info.. sometimes I wonder if I can even get my money back because I have yet to even enjoy my copy of the game.

I have no pc so I never enjoyed the alpha beta testing :/ at the time I only had a switch. If they don’t plan to do to switch anymore at least let me switch to Xbox.
