#Does anyone else find it odd that the largest house has non-removable nurseries?

I second that. I bought the last house upgrade to see what it will add and anticipated I could just re-decorate the room for the children and now I have two unnecessary rooms and have to „explain“ my husband I don’t want kids. I hope he asks just once 😀
I third this.
Then you shouldn't of expanded the house then you wouldn't have to unusable rooms
I honestly wish I could roll back this particular upgrade, I purchased it just to have the farmhouse finally done before I started decorating and I didn't think about what it’d turn out like. My farmer is single, doesn't plan on having kids, and yet here's two fully furnished nurseries upstairs. Guess they're just quirky like that!
An alternative I can see is unlock the house upgrade but the rooms stay dark and inaccessible like in the previous upgrade. You can be given the option to have kids and if you choose to, that's when one of the rooms becomes fully decorated and visible instead of just plopping two nurseries upstairs from the get go.
It's not stated anywhere that this would add two unusable nurseries. It just tells you that your house will get larger, and that's it
@candid nest look at the other comments respond to them not me I don't have the issue
I just did this upgrade, my boyfriend stalled my marriage proposal, saying he needed to know me better first so I went to the wiki to see what I needed to do. It said to upgrade your house to this level...
But why do I need TWO nurseries? That seems excessive! And I can't decorate them?
You get 2 kids. That's why you have 2 nurseries
It feels like a jump I guess, since I can't even get two pets (yet?), to have two nurseries. :/
But also like... I still have an empty room here that I can't decorate, which I got from the previous upgrade. I assume that room is either bugged or waiting for marriage. So why don't the nurseries wait until we actually have the babies?
