I’m not sure if this is because my house was supposed to be upgraded in the same day, but my game crashes after the cut scene for the expansion. Also the last scene of the cut scene I couldn’t finish. My house never got expanded as well. I’m on the PS5.

I think this is quite a common crash unfortunately, a lot of people have had the same issue, even when you manage to get past the cutscenes, entering the museum causes a crash 😦

I hope they come out with the update and it fix these crashes. It's pretty much pointless to keep playing when every load thing like opening a the menu or map causes it to crash. I tried to power through and keep playing yesterday but I has to stop.. 7 times of having to restart a day or progress because of crashes is a bit much.. hope this is one of there area of focus with the update so it can actually be played. I'm om Xbox s as well

happens to me too :/ can't move forward with the museum donations bc of it. i have three chests full of donations :/
