I just want to ask if it is a good option to cut all the grass, the animal's food before it disappears because of the winter and maybe fall, I am not pretty sure about the last one. Like it will grow a new one in spring even if I cut it?

fall grass will still be there- do it before winter as it does die off in winter

It doesn't all die on December 1, but it slowly fades away each day. It's good to cut as much as possible in fall.
