After I levelled up my museum 84 donations and had the kick starter. I can’t go into the museum at all. It just crashes. I try no matter what and there’s like no cut screen or anything it just crashes my game

I got past donating the level 10 donation by using the glitch where you press I am stuck

I’m on series S Xbox
Not to mention the game crashes all the time that’s why after I play one day I always close the game entirely and reboot it up, but I can’t even donate anymore or go into the museum
