I got a letter saying I was ready for the aging barrel. I got one attached to the letter. The letter also mentioned a blueprint, but I don't have the crafting recipe available. Is something wrong? Does the aging barrel unlock at a certain farming level? Confused.

This is unnecessarily confusing. You get the mail (which mentions including the creating recipe for the aging barrel) at farming level 8. For the recipe to then not be visible or craftable until level 10 is very counter intuitive.
