I upgraded my house and it only added the two baby rooms with cribs. Is there a way to remove them? I would like to fully use the space I have and don’t intend to have children. I also want to avoid repeated questions to have kids when I am married.

No, they are specifically for kids, just like the back room is for a spouse.
It would be cool if we could decorate them if we didn't have kids though.
