My entire progress is gone.

I have been playing this game for several days now. I was on year 4 in the Fall season. I paused my game for a few minutes to go to the store. I was only gone for 10 minutes. I came back to play. My entire progress was gone. Made me so mad. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling. That didn't work. I keep checking and hoping that it will have all my progress back. But it only gives me the option to start new game.Adding information to my post. I play on Xbox series S. I have tried everything to get my progress back NOTHING has worked. So upset about this.
