i accidentally slept on (and saved) an entirely new empty day and missed Emma and Eva's birthday! is there a way to like get that day back?? 
i exited the game after the Saving screen (of the that empty day) finished loading... if that helps??

No, once you go to bed, the game saves. No time traveling in this game I'm afraid.

What platform are you in? If you're on PC, you can rollback to a certain day by copying and renaming the backup save into the dailysave.

Disk -> users -> username -> appdata -> local -> projectcoral -> saved -> savedgames -> backup
Choose the backup you need, copy it into previous folder and rename as DailySave_0
