Crash after leaving the museum after cutscene

   Went about my day (video attached), went to the museum, had a cutscene I skipped, donated some stuff, walked out of it, then it crashed

Hello 🙂 Only this one time, after that I stopped playing the game cause I am waiting for a hotfix for the chest crashes etc

I haven't had the chance to fill out a report like this, but I have also experienced this crash. Multiple times. I don't even get the cutscene. I will start the day, water my plants, head to the museum, donate things & collect reward, and the crash happens as I'm leaving the donate menu. I'm also playing on Xbox GamePass, through cloud gaming on the original Xbox One.

@paper sphinx is it at the 10 donations point? that’s a different and known crash and someone posted a workaround here in the crash discord

I would honestly have to hop on & check! Thanks for pointing that out. I haven't really done much with the game since I couldn't get around this.

Can you tell me if you didn't donate anything, just went to the museum and get out, does the crash still persist? 🙂

I’ve stopped playing your game because I can’t even walk into the museum. It crashes every time I try, also on Xbox game pass.

I'm facing the same problem mentioned. It happens before I donated and It happened right before the cutscene. I play it at X Box Series.

Hello. Can you explain in more detail which part of it that causing the crash? When you said you can't even walk to the museum, does that means it crashed before you even got a chance to step into the museum? 🙂

It crashes on the loading screen as I go to go into the museum, every time. I’ve managed to get my museum upgraded with the 50th donation, but since that happened I’ve never been able to go into the museum again. I have not had a chance to check out your hot fix to see if this has been corrected.

I also have the same issue with donating stuff to the museum. It happens either I get a present or not. Most often it happens after I leave the museum or right after getting the present reward.

By the way, I get this crash more often after donating animals. While donating artifacts I usually (but not always) get this crash.
