i keep them for enchanting tools and for collection. and maybe someday if i want to do the sell everything accomplishment, i have it. but it’s totally your choice either sell it or keep it

That bug should already be fixed now but if you still face that problem, you can fill your bag until it’s full and enhance your tools, so it will prevent you to get duplicated tools
