Crashes at Museum

Whenever I go to put an artifact, insect, flowers,etc. I would get my 4th or 5th reward ( which was a bag of potatoes seeds) and then it would have a cutscene. But before the game loads at 8%, the whole game freezes, and then crashes. Which makes me restart my whole day and lose all the stuff I found that day. I’m on Xbox series S and I love this game so much already. I hope you can fix this so please 🙏🏻🖤

There is a work around. After u donate the 10th item don't pick up the reward,exit the screen and pause right away, head to the bottom of the page to im stuck. After that the game will crash then load in as normal and as soon as u load in a skip the cutscene and there u go I hope this helps@torpid slate
