After getting to 15 hearts with Scott he randomly won't talk to me anymore and it just says this, even if the day has just started. I've tried restarting the game, but that doesn't work. Sometimes he'll speak for like a day or two but then it's right back to this. Is there any way to fix this?

It's the seasonal dialogue thing according to the bug reports. If he reached the max heart level and in particular season we happen to exhaust all his dialogue, this happens. But, his dialogue will return upon the next season.
