If you go to the coral island wiki page, there is a list of times and locations he can be found at. Or i don’t know what system you have but on Xbox when you go to the relationship page, on the bottom right it tells you what button to press to find their location. (:

Also, He doesn't live in Coral Island, so, some times he is nowhere to be found.

He is on weekend in CI
I saw him in Inn and his shop with clothings 😄 sometimes he stays outside near to museum.
Mon - Thu u dont find him on CI
